Terms of use

These terms govern your use of groundedby.com, the groundedby session evaluator and the groundedby waitlist (together, "groundedby"), operated by SecOne Inc., a Delaware corporation ("SecOne", "we"). By using groundedby you agree to them.

#What groundedby is today

groundedby provides reference articles about AI agent session data, a browser-based evaluator that counts sessions on your device, and a waitlist for a marketplace that is not yet open. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a contract to buy or sell anything, or a promise that the marketplace will open.

#The evaluator

The evaluator runs in your browser on files you choose. You are responsible for choosing files you are allowed to read. Its estimates are ranges based on publicly reported prices, not offers, appraisals or guarantees of any payment. Nobody is obliged to buy any session at any price.

#Reference content

Articles describe third-party software as we understand it on the date shown. Software changes; check the vendor's own documentation before relying on a path, setting or command, especially before deleting anything. Nothing on groundedby is legal, tax or financial advice. Statements about other companies' terms are summaries; their own documents govern.

#Third-party names

Product and company names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify their products. groundedby is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

#Acceptable use

Do not misuse groundedby: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to access data that is not yours, no interference with the site's operation, and no use that breaks the law.

#Our content

The site's text, design and code belong to SecOne or its licensors. You may quote and link to articles with attribution. Do not republish them in full without permission.

#The future marketplace

If the marketplace opens, separate terms will apply to selling and licensing sessions, including your confirmation that you own the sessions you offer. Nothing in these terms grants anyone rights to your sessions.

#Disclaimers

groundedby is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

#Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SecOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of groundedby. SecOne's total liability for any claim relating to groundedby is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

#Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

#Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
